SMS services are considered as an important factor to improve communication between
service providers and users. As part of the Ministry of ManPower’s commitment to
improve its standard of services to its constituencies by introducing the best technical
concepts providing users with the information they need, notifications and tracking
the status’ of services provided to them 24 hours a day. The main objective is the
introduction of a new service aiming mainly at a time saving, speedy SMS tracking
system. This will mean the complettion of your transaction without the need to visit
the Ministry.

The services will consist of the following

Notification Services
|
|
SMS sevices to notify subscribers of completion of transactions, their cost and
any other important information needed.
|
|
Upon completion of a transaction, an SMS and an Email notification of the above
will be sent to subscribers informing him that the transaction is ready along with
with any important information he might need to know.

|
1. Worker Status Changed Notification (Whenever worker job
status changes message goes to sponsor).
2. Card Renew Notification – (When payment is done for card
renewal, message goes to sponsor).
3. Labour Card Expire Date notification - before 15 and 1
days, message goes to sponsor.
4. Labour clearance missing documentation notification
5. Labour card renewed notification
6. Notification of suspension of services for violators including the suspending
department and reasons for suspension.
