Omanisation : Forbidden Lorries

A. Group (1)

Private establishments have to achieve 100% Omanisation by 1/6/2005 in the driving of the following Vehicles:

12	Waster Truck	Truck driver
13	Dust Vacuum Truck	Truck driver
14	Chemical Substance Reservoir	Truck driver
15	Fuel Waste reservoir	Truck driver
16	Gas Transport Truck	Truck driver
17	Scrap Transport Truck	Truck driver

B. Group (2) :

This Group contains Heavy trucks of 7 tonnes and above. This group has two types:

First Type :

50% Omanisation must be achieved in the first year and has to be raised by 25% annually to reach the 100% by the end of the third year. This type of vehicles includes:

50% Omanisation must be achieved in the first year and has to be raised by 10% annually to achieve 80% Omanisation by the end of the 4th year. This type of vehicles include:

C. Group (3) :

This group has two types:

First Type (Tools Category) :

40% of Omanisation must be achieved in the first three year and must be raised by 10% annually to reach 60% by the end of the third year. This type of vehicles include:
