Notifications and Proposals Line:

Stemming from its belief in streamlining the procedures adopted in its various work fields, the Ministry of Manpower has provided an electronic hotline service in an endeavor to establish real partnership with all categories of the society, in order to further develop manpower mechanisms and programmes.

Hotline: Objectives and Tasks:

- Receiving notifications of citizens and residents on the services offered by the Ministry along with their proposals to develop these services.
- Coordinating with concerned authorities at the Ministry to study and tackle topics raised in these notifications.
- Coordinating with other pertinent government authorities on notifications involving the Ministry.
- Preparing statistical reports about the notifications and proposals and what has been taken in their regard.
- Replying to citizens and residents who submitted these notifications to inform them with the steps taken.
