Omanisation %s As Recommended by the 2nd National Manpower Employment Seminar
To enhance the role of the national manpower in the nation development and to strengthen the partnership between the government and the private sector in the training and employment fields, a series of ministerial decisions were issued on 2/ Rabi`e 1424 AH. ( 7 /6/2003) to identify Omanisation percentages in a number of economic activities which were mentioned in the final statement of the 2nd National Manpower Employment Seminar
The ministry is delighted to provide private sector establishments with this handbook to guide them in drafting their annual plans aimed at achieving the targeted Omanisation percentages which must be presented to the ministry before August 15th every year.
